Since 2014, Nicole has steadily advanced in the executive search industry, as have her clients. Focusing on director-level and above placements, she has developed a reputation for finding candidates who find their futures at their hiring organizations, as measured by their lengths of service. Prior to Eastward, Nicole led another search firm’s digital services practice.
The New York University alumna, along with her husband-to-be Joe, is in transition from the Upper East Side to Brooklyn. Nicole is an active benefactor of the Broadway Bound Fund, presenting theater arts to inner-city youth.
