Josie Arroyo

Josie brings over 10 years of executive search experience, and joined the Eastward team from a top leadership advisory firm.

Prior to joining Eastward, she supported mission-critical projects across multiple industries and verticals, specializing in high-level Board and CEO succession mandates.  Josie brings a strong sense of process as well as a passion for human capital.

She is a graduate of Columbia Southern University with a degree in Business as well as a Certified Project Manager.

As the Director of Operations, Josie focuses on managing and overseeing the expansion of the firm's operations.
