Lindsey Webb

Lindsey has over 10 years of recruitment experience within professional services and external search firms, with substantial national exposure. She has collaborated with executives and senior leaders throughout her career to create partnerships that drive top talent, while helping clients navigate highly competitive markets. 

Before joining Eastward Partners, Lindsey led recruiting functions, including senior level talent, at several consulting firms. Her prior experience includes Riveron, Houlihan Lokey, and Grant Thornton. She brings deep expertise to our professional services clients across multiple disciplines including Transaction Advisory, Financial Accounting and Advisory, Performance Improvement, Integration & Separation, and Office of the CFO. 

Lindsey prides herself on investing in relationship building, acting as a business partner, and always thinking big picture, by aligning strategic goals to tactical action items.

She is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Social Sciences.
