Brian Ippolito

Brian has over 15 years’ experience in executive search and specializes in placing GTM and human capital leaders and investors.

Before joining Eastward Partners, Brian was a partner with Artico Search and, previously, a consultant and key member of Caldwell Partner’s private equity and venture capital practice, both focused on executive level search for high-growth technology companies.

Earlier, Brian was a consultant with Beecher Reagan Advisors, a boutique executive search firm focused on assisting top consulting firms, and a director with CTPartners, primarily placing leaders within consulting, IT, and outsourcing organizations.

Brian graduated from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY where he was co-captain of the swim team and currently lives in the greater Washington, D.C. area.
