She specializes in market mapping and reporting, for which she mines data on market liquidity, compensation levels, changes in skillsets over time, location analysis, and diversity.
A graduate of Barnard College of Columbia University, a women's college, Maya is passionate about the role recruitment plays in creating a diverse workforce. Her unique position as the owner of Eastward's Research function enables her analyze and draw conclusions from data on diversity across different skillsets, which she can then use to bring those candidates to market.
