Our client retained Eastward Partners with the desire to locate an executive Finance individual that would drive key initiative analysis, including support M&A, and lead build out of supplementary financial and operational KPI tracking to inform business strategy, bringing various contributors together to achieve a combined goal and also collaborate across all functional areas of the business constructively and efficiently within a fast-paced, highly acquisitive, private equity-backed company.
Once scope was established and timelines agreed, we agreed upon a retained search campaign. We jointly developed the responsibilities of the role and function, a go-to-market narrative and search toolkit, including job descriptions, scorecards, and livelists. Eastward Partners carefully mapped the market for individuals who fit the exact brief in the Greater Houston area.
