Scope

Our client engaged Eastward Partners with the desire to locate a highly analytical Senior-Level Finance professional who can lead a finance function and drive transformative change throughout the organization, further improving processes and honing in on crucial company wide implementations during a growth inflection point.

Solution

Once scope was established and timelines agreed, we agreed upon a retained search campaign. We jointly developed the responsibilities of the role and function, a go-to-market narrative and search toolkit, including job descriptions, scorecards, and livelists. Eastward Partners strategically mapped the market for individuals who fit the exact brief in the Albuquerque area.
