Our client retained Eastward Partners with the desire to locate an executive FP&A individual that would identify the key levers of performance across the platform in order to develop a credible rapport with the management team, and also collaborate across all functional areas of the business constructively and efficiently within a fast-paced, highly acquisitive, private equity-backed Company.
Once scope was established and timelines agreed, we agreed upon a retained search campaign. We jointly developed the responsibilities of the role and function, a go-to-market narrative and search toolkit, including job descriptions, scorecards, and livelists. Eastward Partners carefully mapped the market for individuals who fit the exact brief in the Greater Philadephia area.

competencies and culture, with a different strength to bring to this newly formed role. Given the opportunity to define a new function for the client, Eastward Partners endeavored to show the client the benefit of each candidates’ respective skills and background.
Eastward Partners successfully appointed a Vice President of FP&A in the Greater Philadelphia area. The project cost was managed as a pre-agreed fee relating to the hire prior to placement, with a remained fee paid out upon successful completion and onboarding of the candidate.
