Scope

Our client engaged Eastward Partners with the desire to locate a highly analytical Senior-Level Finance and Accounting professional who can lead a finance function and drive transformative change throughout the organization, further improving processes and honing in on crucial company wide implementations during a growth inflection point.

Solution
