Its core product categories include valves and actuators, compressors, pumps, motors, heat exchangers and other rotating equipment.

Scope

Our client retained Eastward Partners with the desire to locate an Executive Finance individual that would help generate exceptional outcomes for investors, portfolio company stakeholders, and organization team members at a growth inflection point within a fast-paced, highly acquisitive, private equity-backed company. The desired individual would forge a three to five-year financial plan to support the vision and strategy of clients and shareholders, while expertly navigating annual responsibilities such as oversight of financial reporting and drive financial strategy and decision-making across the organization.
