Bio

In addition to setting the vision and goals of the firm he created, Joe brings experience in developing executive search processes. He brings particular expertise to establishing retained mandates, designing and implementing growth-stage recruitment campaigns and architecting acquisition-oriented strategic partnerships.

The Manhattan College graduate has been in the executive search industry since 2007, starting up Eastward in 2015 after an impressive eight years of increasing responsibility at a global firm. Over his career, Joe has cultivated an elite client list of some of the most sought after financial advisory and strategy firms in the world.

A native New Englander, Joe has since decamped Rockland County, N.Y., with his wife Annalisa and their young children Sienna and Grayson.

Bio

John has been matching candidates and clients at the strategy level since 2016. He has taken the opportunity afforded over that time to build the kind of relationships that give Eastward an edge against larger, more established entries. His reputation for candidate acquisition and development enables him to present his clients with talented individuals who fit their new organizations culturally as well as strategically. John has built strategy teams on both the East and West Coasts, and has led numerous large teams engaged in staffing large-scale projects within the financial services sector.

The Long Island-born Gettysburg College athlete now lives in midtown Manhattan with three dogs and three cats. John manages to set aside time to support Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and to raise funds toward a muscular dystrophy cure.
