Tom has a diverse background both professionally and personally. Having been born in the Netherlands and lived on both the west and east coasts of the US in addition to his background in Sociology, Tom has an innate curiosity and passion for people.
This passion brought him into recruitment where he has thrived in a variety of roles from high volume to executive search and internal recruitment. Tom’s highest priority is finding the right person the first time by leveraging Eastward’s platform and using our robust data and analytics. His focus is on growing our HR practice through intentional and quality delivery.
Outside of work, Tom has a passion for all things space, genealogy, and skiing.
