Zach Brazão

During his tenure at Eastward Partners, Zach has touched many areas of the business.  Zach is known for his ability to identify top talent, conduct rigorous assessments, and present a slate of candidates who are not only qualified but also align with the culture and values of the organization.

Zach earned a Bachelors of Arts in Social Studies with a citation in Portuguese from Harvard College. Prior to his career in executive search, Zach spent three years working in university development, where he gained valuable experience in relationship building and fundraising, skills that have served him well in his current role.

Outside of work, Zach is a Jets Season ticket holder and a walking enthusiast who plans to walk every street in Manhattan.
